If you are a food vendor interested in renting a space during the Fair week, please download the application below and fill it out completely. Please fax it to the Fair office at (269) 467-7036 or mail it to the address listed below.
Commercial Exhibitor
If you are a business or commercial exhibitor interested in renting a space during Fair week, please download the application below and fill it out completely. Be sure to indicate whether you would like an indoor or outdoor space. If you are interested in selling product/merchandise at the fair, please include pictures of the product.

What are the rates you are charging for a booth display for the 2010 fair? We would like to put up an informational display and give away some items (i.e. samples of Lay’s chips, recipes, coloring books, etc.). We are not selling anything.

I’ll go ahead and pass your name and email to our secretary, Ruth. She’ll get in touch with you and email you all about our booths. She does all the planning for our vendors, and will be able to answer all of your questions.

The booths are $250 for a 10 x 10 booth. If you’d like more information about available booth space, please call our secretary, Ruth Cornwell, at 269-467-8935. She sets up all of our booth displays. Feel free to submit an application!
I know this is late, but would you have outside
booth space available for 2010 fair? I sell farm
buildings, horse barns and stalls and have been
at Elkhart County Fair for about 6 years.
